milage on a used 240

k ive got this 1992 240sx se hatch lined up to look at but im not sure about a couple of things. The guys askin $5000 canadian or like $3700 US. It has 230 000 kms (about 104 500miles), some after market stereo i havent checked it out yet and he said "extra rims and tires", why he has extra i dunno, but whatever. Im looking at it this week and i wanted to no if that price was too high for the milage or not, its supposed to be in good condition....according to the seller haha. Any advice on things to look out for on a high milage 240 would help aswell. So ya any advice would really help out......alright well thx

$3700 does sound a bit high....drop like grand off it and it'd be on par with most good condition S13s with that mileage I see for sale in AutoTrader and the paper...
