complete veilside kit. its a 95, i beleive the s14a is a bit different.

Looks great IMO, but makes life miserable sometimes too but many serious inconviniences.

bumper is nice because the front lifts a tiny bit. I have H&R springs and i clear *most* speedbumps by less than a cm.

Sideskirts are great, very flexible, but hang over the frame rail thing a bit which makes it hell to put on a lift. Most shops wont even touch the car.

rear sideskirts are great but you should drill a small hole as they are big cups for collecting water.

spolier interferes with the antenna if it is up and I try to open the trunk. annoying but no biggy.

all and all, im happy with it! not an easy kit to live with. I dont recommend bodykits for everyone, but the *look* good for sure.
