I doubt if he'll take 3500 for the sport package in that condition. I'm sure you can get upwards of 5g for that car on eBay. Anyway, if he would take 4.200 that is still a great deal for that car! I got mine for 1700, but it was in a wreck and the bumper needed replacing. Mine had 148K miles. I'm no mechanic and I've changed the fuel pump (not needed), camshaft sensor, both valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, oil change w/filter, air filter and I'm about to do the 10 minute cabin filter change here in a bit.
Most people don't know about this type of car and they are very surprised it is a 2002! The engine on the car you're looking at looks clean, but that is what dealers do.
