Might end up doing transmission swap

So yeah I called a few dealerships today for a trade-in for my 03 Touring Z with 70,400 miles and there are no equal trade ins or anything on my price level. I already tried posting my car on craigslist for $14500 no offer. I really want a manual but no equal trade ins and I put alot of work on my car already EXTERIOR WISE and only an injen intake for performance. I no longer want to sell my car/trade it in and just keep it. I still owe money on it thats why but how much do you guys think the transmission SWAP would cost on parts alone? All I know is I need the clutch, 6 spd transmission, shift boot. what else? Has anyone here ever did a transmission swap on their Z?

Spend the money on an add on AutoTrader.com - it will be worth it, and you can go buy the 6MT after you part with the Z. Also, return it to stock and put the mods on the new one. If you don't buy an HR.
