I love them too There is a lady locally who is moving and has an 81 and 82 that are each a little of a project car, the 81 is NA and the 82 is turbo, but they're FREE, so I might be picking myself up two of them if they're not too far gone.

thats a tough one to find as the 280Z was only made from 1975-1978, and then the 280ZX was made from 1979-1983

however the Z31 300ZX was made from 1984-1989, then the Z32 300ZX was offered stateside from 1990-1996

seems a bit high for an N/A sounds about right if it were turbo, if they wanna sell it they'll come down a grand

yeah thats what i thought but im wondering if i want to keep the miata or get the z

miata- great MPG, convert, small and nimble, reliable

280z- classic, not as good MPG, not as reliable, more room.

miata's are fun, I just got one recently myself, problem is they are completely useless for anything other than basic transportation, they have the worlds most useless trunk, if you need to move or haul anything the miata is gonna be waiting in the drivewhay when you get back, I don't know how anyone could won a miata as an only car?

yeah the trunk is useless, and it is my only car. But im in highschool and the only reason i use the car is to get to work, school and to friends houses. And the trunk will fit plenty of beer.
