Might be moving to Europe. Car Questions.

***I've looked on Google and Yahoo for research and could not find what I needed. No "you need to search please."***

I might be moving to France at the end of the year. I have a 1995 240sx with a almost in SR20 in it. I'm trying to find out if it possible to bring it over there and it pass the standards. Basically I'm asking what I need to change to get it to pass their standards. I'm going to make some phone calls to agencies in the next day or so.

I'm pretty sure they have turbo cars running around over there.
