heres whats going on....when i rev up to 5000 rpm my car kinda hesitates and will go past it just not fast. and it kinda makes alot of noise. i was thinking maybe a slightly blown head gasket...what do you guys think?

Sounds like it's in some serious need of some "TLC". I'd do a full tune-up for starters. Then go on to everything else.
