Would running mid grade or premium make a difference in my 2009 nissan altima 2.5S

Yes, you will notice a difference......to your wallet only.

The Altima's 2.5 L engine is tuned to run on regular unleaded. Putting premium fuel in will not increase performance or fuel economy as the engine cannot use the higher octane.

okay so what about 10 ethanol vs 100 percent 87 octane? Is the 100% gasoline worth the extra money?
