Mid dash noise only when car is in gear????

I have a 2008 S Sedan with AT( non CVT) For the last 2 months I have been experiencing a mid dash noise only while the car is in gear. I can put it in park or neutral and it quits. I am perplexed. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

It is a rattle when my brakes are engaged while stopped, when I release the brakes, put the car in neutral or park, the noise goes away. Thanks
