Microtech to stock harness

I picked up a 93 shell the other day, and also ordered a blacktop sr20det, which should be here tomorrow or monday. Now i've put motors in cars before but i never usually deal with wiring, this time i'm going to do my best haha. anyways the car had a sr in it before i bought it and was running microtech.. now my question is would the microtech have wrecked and wiring i may need? or will it still be the same ****, and i'll beable to just follow the simple step by step wiring instructions ? i just want to get prepared so i dont run into any snags while doing the swap. wishful thinking
