hey rb section of nico!

i purchased a microtech LT-16 standalone set up for my rb26 and i have everything wired up but have two problems still...

the first thing im unaware of is the signal to the coils, do i run the signal wires into the ignitor and use the factory coil harness and ignitor or do i wire the sig to the sig input on the coil directly?

http://www.microtech-efi.com/support/downloads.html

if you click on the lt12 wiring diagram it shows the wires to be run directly into the coil, but then again these coils only have two wires that run into them...

ill ask the second after i get a answer for the first.

please help!!!! this is the only thing from keeping my r32 from running

You wire them directly to the coils.

I have ls cools now so I forget the exact pinoit for the RB coils. Basic premise is you only really need +12 and the "signal" wire to the coils just like the microtech doc says.

IIRC the 3rd pin on the RB coils is just a constant chassis ground. You can wire that or not but either way should work.

alrite i got a email from them finally, they said i need to use the factory ignitor and coil harness, my question on the coil harness theres a 7 pin plug that goes into the side of the ignitor, then theres a 3 wire plug with one white wire and two black grounds. from what i can read the white wire is the constant 12v, what are the other two black wires in the clip?
