Hey everyone, just thought I would run this by you guys before I start pulling the trigger everywhere... @ the bottom are the questions!

1. Should I paint the inside of my headlights AND get the fiberglass eyelids, or just paint them, or just the eyelids? I've looked high and low for the eyelids, who makes them?

2. I also already have Sylvania SilverStar turn signal and fog bulbs... I do have a spare HID kit from my original set of headlights that I was looking to sell, but without tearing her apart, would that be a wise mod?

3. Whose HID bulbs should I consider for my headlights? I was looking @ the PIAA Super Cobalts @ 6600K, but was unsure if that was the best option?

4. Who has the Spoiler Solutions spoiler? Did the "factory paint" match your car, or will it need done over? My car is 100% black, with no hue to the color.

5. For those of you with the underdrive pulley, how much did it impact your car's HVAC?

6. Should I consider picking up a BullyDog as well???

Many thanx!!!

1. BlueBatMobile makes the eyelids, and I thought LBC did too, but I could be wrong. You can find Bat's collection here: http://WWW.BLUEBATMOBILE.NET

3. Many people here have given good feedback to DDM's HID bulbs / kits.

Unrelated to your questions, but if it's not a brand thing, I would consider switching your Stillen Rear Sway Bar to Racingline's. The ones who have had the luxury of comparing the two themselves have said that Racingline's is beefier than Stillens. The strut tower brace personally I'd probably go with Racingline's just to save a few dollars too, if not for their gloss black color.

4. I have the Spoiler Solutions spoiler, it was great, came perfectly matched, and was very easy to install. Directions came with it and very clear. But yes the paint matched great. I have a code red coupe.

Kk... danke! I'll be sending my order to you, LBC, shortly for the overlays! I've sent the guy an email about the eyelids.

I'm not particular about brand, I just prefer to keep my orders with as few vendors as possible. Anyone have a pic of the polished RL FSTB?

is the Redline CVT Fluid better than Nissan's?

and also, sorry to go off topic, but is there anyway we can upgrade the cvt transmission to make it perform better?

I was only getting the Stillen BBK, not the AP Racing. (So 2.6G instead of 4G) That way I could keep the OEM wheels around for winters and also be able to use the dummy in the event of a flat.

I'd considered just swapping the rotors, but IMHO slots for grip and being drilled out for cooling are not a substitute for extra pistons in the calipers. While I've decided not to boost the car, I do a fair bit of "spirited" driving through the mtns, so every little bit helps.

1. I'm not too concerned about the baking... I've baked headlights before for mod projects, so I'm comfortable with it. Plus I have time on my side since I'll be off from Friday through next Thursday. With my car being in the body shop for three of those days.

2. What I meant was that I am on my second pair of OEM headlights. The mounting clips on my original set got damaged, so they replaced EVERYTHING. Thus, I have an extra set of HIDs. The question was how difficult you guys think it would be to mount them in the foglights, rather than using the Sylvania Silverstar bulbs I have waiting to be mounted?

6. The reason I mention it is because my fiancee is going to be matching for her medical residency, and we have no idea where we're going to end up. Otherwise, I would have considered hitting someone around me up to let me pay them to use theirs. Then I could just do a backup of it and be g2g in the future. Still might opt for that.

Nope, I didn't run into a ton of money... We finished a decent-sized contract early, so we got the early completion bonus as well as payment in full. I own the businesses doing the work, so I won't complain!

I was seriously considering going down the SFR turbo route, but my A/C is going to be relegated to a daily driver shortly... If I have my way (as opposed to my fiancee's ) I'll have a 370z, add the NISMO body kit, a custom HoK Midnight Blue Black Pearl paintjob, a pair of Turbonetics GT-K turbos and all the fixins to drive on weekends!
