I remember reading about this somewhere that it would fit but he didnt use it or something. I was wondering if anyone knows much about having this on a vert. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...Parts Couldnt it just be welded to where the quater windows are? If that makes since. Would it be safe to put my harness on it too?

i have recently just found out from a local in ohio.... SRT-4 neon roll bar from jegs fits in an s13 vert..... i boiught one.... the main hoop fits perfect side to side.... but it needs to be cut down a few inches to clear the top... the harness bar fits but the rear bars need to be custom....

from jegs i was told the roll bar is like $180+shipping. i bought one from a guy who was no longer into srt-4's for $40

Here is a miata roll bar in my last vert. Fitment is good. I had legs welded to the bottom of it made of the same diameter stainless then bolded it to the floor.

I don't mean to speak for Alsontime but I'm pretty sure that car was totaled when his wheel (rim) busted. Here is a picture of the aftermath

I saved a picture of his car because it was one of the nicest looking verts in NC...hated to see that it was wrecked.

It seemed to of just split apart. I was doing about 45 MPH around a turn and lost complete control when it broke. Sucks. Just goes to show you why you shouldnt buy cheap rims, ie HP Racing (which is what was on the car) Rota, and others. Go for forged rims or if you cant afford them, go with an OEM cast or forged wheel like I did. These wheels are much stronger. It doesnt take horsepower to break them either, just a drive down the road.

Anyway, the side skirts and rear skirt are Bomex, the same ones that are on my current vert. Make sure to vote for it for the up coming calender!

Those font look like very strong wheels to begin whith. Thin 5 spokes... So no pics of the roll bar and back seat? And I love how the passenger area is perfect. GOtta love that 5-star front crash rating.

Haha, I own so many parts off that car, including that miata hoop. I have it sprayed black now and its actually in a conquest as a harness bar, modified with more mounting points of course.

Anyway, just get a cusco bolt in for a coupe with a sunroof, it fits with VERY little modification, and the top still works.

I dont think there was a straight panel on the car afterwards. Holemilk00, are you the one that was building that green vert at the time?

That will be hard for people to do when you don't have an official submission...

Yep that's me, is this Mike or one of his room mates? I've since built the green car, and torn it completely down again for a full body restore, I moved to Michigan, so I'm waiting on winter to get back at it.

This is Mike. Got any pictures of the green car before it was torn down again. I would like to see it. How is Michigan?
