Mia Interior Piece, can I replace it for cheap?

Been trying to find this part online but I cant even find the part number. Infinity wont sell me just the cover, they wanna sell the entire a pillar with cover attached. I took it off, then I lost it



Or hell, even a nice way to cover it would work if the piece is like $70 bux

hahha mine is the same way! except with an aftermarket tweeter stuffed in there, asking "steal me steal me"

Well yeah I had my navigation and satelite wedged in that corner so you couldnt see the hole really, but I relocated them so I have to hide the whole.

If only I could add another tweeter, Ive already got 8 6.5" amped mids and 4 silk tweets, dont need anymore lol

You could remove the a-pillar cover, glue some mesh on the underside, and re-install it.

I'm not sure how much the speaker sticks out of the hole so it may look stupid, but it's an idea. You could raise it a little bit by putting a large grommet in the whole and putting the mesh around it before it is installed.

uhh that would still be ugly to me with the hole in the plastic and the drilled out mounting points.

I wish I could just find a freakin pathfinder in a junkyard....

Is there no places online that would sel that piece for cheaper?

one thing to keep in mind is those little grille covers actually suppress some noise..... i still have mine (its tan and wouldnt match your a-pillar) and when i hold it up (as if it were installed) with the music playing, i can definitely hear a reduction in treble.

So i figure why the hell would i put noise-suppressing covers over some expensive aftermarket tweeters, thats why i left mine uncovered like you have pictured.

Ya well those oem tweets arent hooked up anymore, Ive got 4 6.5's moulded into my doors, 4 6.5's in a custom center console and 4 tweets spread out.... all amped, defientely loud lol, but they gotta be to play big boys with my sub stage

Stupid thought but what about a junk yard, have you tried looking there to see if you can find a whole pillar piece or just that cover? I know sometimes these little pieces can be a pain to find but up here, a junkyard always comes in handy

Ive got 2 local yards, neither would have such a prestiougous car lol, and I called some neighbouring ones also with no luck

lol There is a '97 Pathy for sale around here local for $450 with a blown motor...I should pick it up and sell you guys stuff..lol. Check out craigslist or ebayMotors...should be able to find something there.

oh man o man,

there are so many parts places by Vancouver. there is one junk yard that only has toyota and nissan trucks.. there was like 8 to 10 r50's

if i go back for anything ill grab that piece for you... but i have no plans to go back anytime soon
