Hi there, I have always loved the R34 Multi Functional Display, it is trully multi functional. I want to know if there is a universal MFD or something to add these features to a 7" double dim touchscreen radio.

Or to add in the top. It would be awesome, and wont need more gauges! <3

Here I found a guy that swapped it but for R32-33 http://www.skylife4ever.com/2011/02/nis ... -swap.html

Not really, as those tap into a myriad of sensors used on the R34 specifically. You can always do a custom thing with a Raspberry Pi and run NISTune on it. That would be the most readily available and easiest option IMHO.

Or wait another year and buy a R32 since they'll be 25 years old IIRC (89 models), considered classics and legal for purchase. I'll stick with my Z though. I'm sure you could fab something up. Though, with fabrication comes time spent, money and headaches. As well as electrical nightmares from something no doubt. I guarantee it's doable though.

What I thought is putting an actual pc and connect it to a double din screen. But it will be heavier and expensive since I need an AEM or haltech

That would work, though depending on how much of a computer guru you are, you may or may not be able to switch between stuff on screen without pulling the whole computer out. Of course you may be able to fit everything you would like on the screen as is. It sounds to me like it would work. If you have the time and money, Do it. Also do a write up on it on how you did it and the mods will throw you free NICO stuff your way. I'd love to have that in my Z, I'm just not a guru enough to figure it out on my own ATM. +1 on thinking it up.
