I need the wrench size in standard fraction that will used on a 24 mm bolt head ?:help

0.94506888".........31/32ths [61/64] or a worn out 15/16 [0.9375] might be close but there is no exact translation to the English system. Easier and safer to buy the correct wrench/socket.1 meter = 39.3700787 inch
