Hello,
I am trying to install a pioneer avic-n2 into my 1995 Q45 (mfg. 02/95).
Doesn't fit:
metra wire harness (Nissan 1995 & Up 70-7550)Scosche wire harness (Nissan 1995 & Up NN03B)
What does fit:
metra wire harness (Nissan 1982-1994 70-1763) *which doesn't seem to be available @ metraonline.com, luckily best buy had it.Scosche wire harness (Nissan 1982-1994 NN02B)
Anybody knows what's up with this? I just want to make sure i can use the metra wire harness (Nissan 1982-1994 70-1763) without a problem.

Compare the connectors in your car to these diagrams... hopefully you'll be able to narrow it down that way.
Please post pics after you're done too... I am back and forth between the AVIC-D1 and the Eclipse AVN5435(or 5495). I really want the OEM look of a full double-din stationary face.

The <1994 matches the radio and <1994 metra harness exactly. I've already tested it and works just fine.
I was going to get the D1 but it doesn't have voice recognition. I'll make sure i put up pics as soon as i'm done.

I have a metra harness at home and I hooked a double din up to my Q (anyone remember that, back about this time last year)...
95 apparently have a different connector than 90-94... Thats kind of strange, i bought one for a 94 locally and it worked fine... Maybe you have a really early 94 before they changed the connector?? Whats your build date?

my mfg. date is 02/95
weird huh. everything seems to work ok w/the 94 wire harness.
