I have a strange metal noise coming from my car... everytime i hit 1900 rpms to around 2100 rpms... It doesnt matter if it is at wot or just cruising at that rpm... it is getting really annoying... but its definately from the motor somewhere.. any guesses?

Something is loose and is resonating at that RPM. There is a very good chance that it is a loose bolt somewhere in the exhaust area. Though it may just be some loose metal somewhere else touching. Does it make the noise in neutral?

Yes, doesnt matter when... but if the motor is spinning at that rpm then it makes the noise... havent noticed it anywhere else though. It is just pissing me off. LOL After i got my radio stolen last week I have noticed it a lot more!

check all of your metal gasket, especially the one where your turbo mounts up to the manifold..... i had the same problem and then when i replaced my stock manifold with the equal length one ive notice that the gasket between the two had cracked and cause exhaust leak..... it was rattling like crazy or rattling.... it was annoying... hope that helps

pop the hood and hold the throttle cable till stuff starts rattling then narrow it down to were it is coming from.
