Well when i was replacing the manifold on my car one of the studs came loose and came right out of the block with the bolt instaead of just the bolt coming off..now the threads inside look a little screwed..i know the stud didnt break inside becuase i can get a stud to go in till its about half way where it should be..now when i went to put the bolt on and bolt the mani up..i was tightening the bolt until the mani was flush with the block and then after a few turns the stud felt loose inside the hole again..so i tried to loosed the nut off of that stud and again they both came out..is theyre any way to fix the threads on the block without going with a bigger stud?..reason being the hole where the stud goes into the mani isnt much bigger and if the stud were to be bigger im not sure if i would be able to fit a nnut on the stud...well any ideas?

You either need to re-tap the hole. If there is not enough strength left in the head's aluminum to hold the stud then you will need to probably helicoil the hole.
