messed up bottom of car

haha.. first i just wanted to say hi, haven't posted here before; signed up a while ago but I usually just read posts and never post cause I don't really do anything to my car and nothing rly special happens, but today..

I was driving and the part of the road went up then down.. when going down I saw some black box on the floor, couldn't change lanes cause too many cars around me since it was morning time during rush hour and I ran over it =.=;; made a bad noise and started to smoke (smoke was from box scraping floor), I go to side in some parking lot to check it out. turns out it was a battery ; Called a tow truck to lift up my car to remove it. It made a few scrathces and rusted some stuff because of the battery acid.. and made a big dent in my oil tank or something the tow truck guy said.. guess it could've been worse but still

That really suck, but as said it could had been worst.

The bottom of my car is for sure mess up a bit, Im really low to the ground and I already bottom out a few times.

Damn a freaken battery . I'm pretty sure your car has a stock suspension right? I could just imagen if it would have happend to one of us members that has Eibachs or coilovers . There has been a time like bunda4th said that I bottomed out in a street were there are train tracks and some idiot cut me off, I moved to the right lane. The street goes up before the tracks and down after them, the car bottomed out. I got home and checked under the car. My damn transmission pan was scraped and I was like . Well it's great to know that your OK and there was no major damage to your health. The car can be repaired or replaced, but your life can't just remember that .

haha, yeah for me these last two months have been horrible, started with my brother forgetting i have eibachs n parking too far in, popped my bumper up all nasty n scraped the bottom of it. then a couple weeks ago i hit a bird that messed up the right fender, and THEN the stupid rock cracking my windshield. But like ricky said, a car can be repaired or replaced. Im glad im still ok.
