ok i been lookin for some niiiice mesh style wheels for a while now for my 90' S13. i've found a couple that i like but since money is an issue, i'm lookin for more options... the two that i really am in love with are the SSR Reverse (or Full/Formula Reverse) 16's or the BBS LM (not really a mesh but nice spoke design). The SSR's are mint, cept i have no idea how to read japanese on their website or figure out what offset/bolt pattern they come in (or even if there are any online retailers of them other than TireRack). i also know that the ssr's are pretty pricey too.

so my question is, anyone know of any rims similar in style to the two i mentioned above? lookin for either a 16 or 17 something kinda meshy with a lip! any help would be greatly appreciated.

The common BBS style mesh wheel is expensive. Rays has the Volk GT-U figure $500 for conservative sizing, before shipping and any other fee such as tires, mounting, balancing, valve stem, etc.

Some companies carry a similar style but are usually high offset and one piece cast, not forged multi-piece. Ask many questions when you go to a shop to order wheels. Save up your dollars and get the right ones, the first time!

The Rays master list has Volk GT-U gold mesh / polish lip 17x9 +15 offset, 75mm liplist price is $520 each

Meshies... the dream. LOL. Quick question... would a 7.5 inch wide wheel bother you if it ran a single-digit offset? It's a little easier to find 4 lug 15 or maybe 16 x 7.5 wheels with lower offsets.

I was lucky and found a mismatched set of 2, 15' SSR Reverse mesh(15 x 7.5) and 2, 15 x 8 Volk Racing mesh on Ebay for $450 shipped! I checked around and they retail for $420 each! Each has about a 2 1/2' polished lip. I did find some old school 15' Enkei 92's at the junkyard, but they only had 3. I will post some pics of the SSR's and Volks once I repaint them. The meshes were painted with seveal coats of silver, black, and gold, and were cracking. I tried them on and they look DOPE on the S13. Here is a pic of the Enkei's
