To Answer ALL Questions... I have arrived:

Question 1 "What Color Is that"

Answer 1: I do not know. I contacted him specifically to find the color seeing it is a Clean Blue which I love and in the light can look Purple... EXACTLY what I am looking for. So I was like my friend what color is your 240, and he replied, I am not sure, it is not stock, I know it is a Chevy paint code, with added Pearl. He said its possibly from a Silverado, Iunno about the silverado part, but he is looking it up for me, I will keep you updated.

Question 2: "Are those 16's"

Answer 2: I think so. I will verify with him once I get a response. But yea they look sexy as hell don't they!

On the side: ~4n~ My friend you have mail!! Meshies sent out today as promised! Emailed you Tracking Number, Enjoi!

Yea Neverlift, hes got mine too now.... I didn't want to sell them, generally, however I have a chance at a 1991 Mint 240 and I would rather have a new 240 to put some mesh on then no 240 and a clean pair of Rikens. Hurt to let 'em go, but I know they got a good home!

Am I the only one that likes meshies on the S14? I searched the junkyards and Ebay for some cheap Crown Vic meshies (16x7 +6mm) but never found a set.

Great thread BTW!

Why thank you

I do not, not, like Meshies on S14's, just haven't really seen any. I am sure I would like them. Crown Vics Mesh do not have the lip that I like though.

Iwannas15 how about some bbs(iirc) 15x7 off a 626 turbo 5 lug. I saw some 14's on bmw too let me know I'll hit the junkyard tomorrow or monday. I might even look for some c/v meshies but not many. I'll only tax 10$ for gas/labor i think an s14 would be dope on some meshies little stretch not everything looks good but the 240 lines are hot for teh mesh

Unfortunately, my S14 is long gone . So I'm no longer looking for meshies. Thanks for the offer though.

I was hoping somebody would post pics, cause I havent seen very many.

The CV meshies have a step in the lip so its not as nice as Rikens or SSR's. My pull a part yard sold them for $25/each so I searched for weeks.

Any Pick-a-Part type junk yard is a great place to look.and remember guys, if you have 5-lug ,old fox-body mustangs are a great source for meshies.A guy around the corner from me has 17in meshies on his 85 mustang!!BUT contrary to what you might think 4-lug Mustangs aren't 4x114.3 unfotunatley ( would make alot more sense ) just wouldnt want someone to buy a set and have it not fit.If you find a loose set in a junkyard make sure you either put them on a 240 in the junkyard or on another car the you know FOR SURE is 4x114.3GL with the search fellas

Bimmers use 5x120 I think.

Maybe those are from an 80's Toyota or Mazda. I know that doesnt narrow it down too much...

Okay guys, the meshies have been growing on me for a while now and I'm really thinking of getting a pair. Unfortunately I'm a total Mesh noob.

What good meshies are there that fit the 4 lug bolt pattern?

How rare are 16's?

Where do you guys find these things?! I have no clue where to start!

please help me out!!

Actually depends on the model and series...Most older 3 series used 4x100 up until the early 90's I believe. One would assume that the larger 5 and 7 series would be 5x100?

well it depends on the seller we have some in the classifieds more than likely. I found mine online I was searching for some 13's but found these The original asking price was 250 for four someone stole one(too bad it was not me j/k) so the price dropped to 75$ I went and got them 3 days later. Guy was a prick acting like cause I'm younger then he I am dumb, anyways I got them and laughed in his face. Still need to find one. Old 240z and 280zx had them on alot of models, some old bmw IIRC,I know mazda had em on the mx6 and 626 for awhile, they dont have a step but the lip is small and 5 lug. Toyota rock'd them on some corollas and camry 4 and 5 lug. A sure bet is ebay might not be rikens but ehh who care mesh is mesh no worries.
