It kind of reminds me of when Land Rover came up with the Range Rover Sport. You're lead to believe its just the sporty version of the Range Rover, but underneath its a weird mix of Jaguar bits with none of the BMW goodness that went into the full fat Range Rover. Its also smaller, cheaper inside, and less capable off road.
Women love it just because its "Sport". Seems common to see athlete's wives driving them. Money being no object, they'll still choose the Sport over the full size Range Rover.
