There is a 10amp fuse to the body control module to which the power seats are connected through a network line. The seat section from the factory service manual might help you figure this out. https://www.nicoclub.com/service-manual ... 3%2FSE.pdf
I wish I could better direct you to a solution for this but every time I look at the schematics on these CAN bus connected vehicles, I dread not having a better grasp on IT network knowledge of it all, or any of it really.

Not as complicated as it looks, but the setup on most Infinitis is a bit stilted. The Seat Controller (under the seat) talks to the CANbus directly. The Drive Positioner (ADP, under the steering column) doesn't, it has a LIN link to the Seat Controller and then the Seat passes the info to CAN. If the seat functions all still work, then the ADP most likely has the problem. Reading the codes from the Seat Controller can probably shed light on it. If all the seat functions are dead including the lumbar, then chances are it's a power or ground issue. If all the seat functions are dead except the lumbar, chances are the Seat Controller is bad or has failsafe codes. Again, getting it read will help, if it doesn't show up at all on CAN then it's almost certainly a dead horse.

Everything in the seats work, i have full power and lumbar.. i just dont have the ability of setting the memory positions. i just hope it's a loose connection as im not getting any green light on the door panel controls as if no power is being received....ill check the connections under the seat i suppose...

I found this Nissan YouTube video on the procedure for using the automatic drive positioner. You may already know the steps shown in the video steps but since you said you just got this 2013 Pathfinder and everything else for seats work fine, I thought it was worth posting here just in case you missed a step.
