memory/battery wire grounded :(

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

my friend was soldering, a line from the radio harness the battermy or memory line, and on accident he hit the chassis, which grounded it. where is the fuse for this line ? the radio no longer works, and the wire no longer gets constant power, but there is a wire on the harness that still gets power, idk what to do, i am doing this to give constant power to my ecu for my power fc

checked the fuse box by the clutch pedal?just a guess.

i check alll fuses, i rly hope i dont have to source the whole wire

it's a 15amp fuse under the drivers dash. also check the fuses in the engine bay you might have blown something in there as well. Should be on the left side of the fuse box by the clutch as stated earlier.

isnt there a fuse on the back of the headunit?

ok, i checked all the fuses by the clutch pedal, and all the fuses in engine bay. are there ne more fuses, where is that fuse under driverside dash ?

ALWAYS REMOVE THE BATTERY when doing electrical wiring on your car.....

anyways, have check the fuse on your cd player.
