yepI have a few rb's but I'm on the other side of the world.why cause the sr is lighter and has thesame power potential and you only need 4 of things not 6 :)

ABOUT WHAT PRICE AM I LOOKING AT? I AM LOOKING FOR THE CRANK, BEARINGS, RODS, PISTONS AND ALL THE OTHER INTERNAL PARTS, OHH AND THE OIL PUMP IF IT FITS IN THE RB20.

heh that would it would be an ultimate hook up if you could get me like a r32 chassis, i would be the hit of the of town even tho its just the chassis

indeed, all i'd need to do is just park it in my driveway and i'd have people over here 24/7 everyone flipped when i told them about putting an rb into a 240. so why not just get a skyline :D

did you ever by any chance consider using a ca18det? or is it just to small of a motor?

a friend wanted me to but one they are to old and personally I dont like them plus the SR has so much support etc in the aftermarket while the ca is in its twilight years.

well i'm asking because i'm looking to get an sr or ca but i'm torn. no one has really been able to make a good arguement about one or the other. they both seem like powerfull motors w/ great potential. the only reason i'm leaning towards the ca is because it seems like everyone and their mom has an sr. any info to add or suggetsions?

go the sr seriously there ae heaps more products etc for the sr plus it makes more power stock and theyre are 3 generation of them to choose from . the ca is nearly finished time wise.yes the ca can makes heaps of power yes the ca is a good motor but the sr has much better supportmeggala
