Thanks for letting me know. I'm not sure if I can test the VPC output on the highway, though. In any case, I'll try putting on some bigger injectors and see what happens.

It's quite easy, if you have a multimeter with those pencil-stick-like leads. You can stick those leads right into the ECU connector on the harness side, next to the wire going in. The leads will sit tight in there, so you'd just need to drive, and peek down to the output at the time you know the problem usually appears (if the multimeter itself isn't an unusually slow one).

This would definitely be easier to do, then swapping injectors, if you have the stock intake manifold.
