just testing the waters on this- is there anyone running megasquirt on their rb?just looking for an alternative to pfc and ems.

Workin on it right now as well.cant beat the price, $400 for the V3 with antilag, full throttle shifting, 2 step rev limiter, launch limiter ect. full stand alone.I might have to convert to a ford ignition system tho

as far as i know, it wont support 6 COP yet... therefore, if u want to run MS I or II u need to switch to EDIS...

i must say, this whole thing is VERY fidley and i would NOT want to this again...

I am setting up one with my friend. Should be done right around spring. Not the mega squirt that is a delay of things...still need to do allot to my motor/car before the MS goes in. There is a possible way that you can run the ignition with the MS other then the EDIS setup, but its all testing waters right now. Easiest way to run it though is the EDIS 6(cyl) that you can find at a junk/salvage yard for cheap ($20-50). You will need the wheel itself that you will weld on the front of the underdrive pully, the sensor that you will have to make a custom bracket for (easy), coils, and also the EDIS module.
