after searching most of today on the internet i have made up my mind on coils for my vert. i will be buying Megan racing street coilovers at the end of the month:]

i have also been reading that some of the reinforcing needs to be trimmed for allowung the coils to be adjusted is this true? if so can someone show me some pics of how this is done, where?

also most of the feedback i have read about megans on here alone has been good so add more if you guys want thay are decently priced as well i will be buyiong from FR Sport unless i can find em cheaper else where

i will post pics as soon as i get them,I AM SO EXCITED

I didn't have to trim anything to fit mine.

FRSport = good ppl.

you should really... search... i've posted several reviews of them.

I'm running megas + swift springs. Swift springs are the bomb diggity - I've only ridden other cars w/ the springs that come on the megans - not too bad, but w/ swift springs it feels pretty nice. not bad @ all on the track or dailying.

I have megan streets and I love them. You can't adjust the rear damper with the coils in the car. You have to remove the adjustment knob in order for them to clear the reinforcements. It's not that big of a deal, you just have to jack the car up and pop the coilover out to adjust them.

O, THATTTTTT reinforcement. It's been so long since I've installed mine, totally forgot about it.

Yea, you want to trim a bit of the reinforcement that holds the back seat.

Mine is completely removed, so I never have an issue adjusting the coilvers.

I would cut the shaft that the knob goes to. It's going to be much easier that way. I think I did the write up somewhere.
