All you have to do is remove the plastic tip from your OEM shifter and fit it onto the Megan.
In addition, I wrapped a few pieces of tape around the upper ball. With these two mods, no play and no buzz.
I just installed one today on my S14. I will try to get some pics, vidz, etc.
