My friend who is a mechanic is really good with cars and he offered to weld me an exhaust system if i buy the parts. I wasnt looking to spend 200 a piece on APEXi mufflers or HKS but I didn't want to buy low grade either. I found these Megan Racing Mufflers wrapped in carbon fiber with titanium tip like the greddy that are reasonably priced. Has anybody on this forum used Megan heard of them or have any feedback?

Thanks!

They are decent and not the highest quality materials. Their products are made in China. Mainly for people who are on a budget. You get what you for.

Really when you think about it, spending $200 a piece on two mufflers is not bad since he is going to do the labor. With the Price of most the Exhausts for the A/C going up, some more than $900, I have been thinking about doing a Custom Setup. I wanted to do 2.5" Piping and add (2) Borla POLISHED SS mufflers, but they only come in 2.25" inlet. I would love to throw (2) Greddy Evo Mufflers on there, but as far as I know they don't make them in a universal application. Damn, back to the drawing board.

Did you get your cat put back on? Some new videos would be great because the sound keeps cutting out in this one.

I decided to step up, since I am not paying for labor I should order better parts make sure the car has quality parts on it so the last long. I ended up buying 2 Apexi WS 2 from hopupracing 60mm piping and 105mm inlet. I am looking forward to K&N releasing their intake for the 3.5 because I am not too crazy about the injen one.
