Derek -

I think the MR gauges are a 100%, guaranteed home run seller.

Coilovers, test pipes should do well also. Catbacks might go over well, but MR needs to address some QC issues first (plus ebay pricing is tough to compete with).

I think they have several items that will go over HUGE with our guys.

QC? quality control?

if so, i am going to have to disagree with you greg, i have not had any problems with quality with their products, i firmly support their products. many people dont because they believe they are cheaply made because they are a fresh company and started out on ebay

It's because their catbacks are nowhere near the quality of brm exhausts .

But yes, I think most of MR stuff is ok. However, I have had problems. The rear lower tie bar for the s13, doesn't fit right, it's barely threaded on, at least for my car. MR was notified and they said "tough luck."

Their seats are very comfortable, but I've had issues w/ those too. 1 of the 2 seats I bought had a "popping" upper back rest. It was really weird and hard to describe, but it didn't happen w/ any other seats I tested. Good thing the place I bought it from let me exchange it, where the problem did not exist w/ the new replacement.

The only real complaint I have w/ MR is their lack of courteous customer support. I had a hella a time getting any support for the seats, the lower tie bar, and later for the gauges I bought that had questions on things like how to properly connect the wire to their pressure sender.

I got their short shifter a while back. it is pure crap. did NOT work on my car. was told to "Loosen the bolts" that hold it to the transmission. yeah, great, now the damn thing will fall apart driving down the road. even after loosening the bolts it still did not work. and it does NOT fit the stock shift knob as told. i only had luck with the STB, but still piss poor construction. better than i could do so i will not complain too much....hope they have gotten better.

Hope you're under 5'10" and have a fastback (a lil more clearance than coupe). 240 + mr seats (or any of those styles reclinable bottom mount sparco) + sliders + brackets (wedge engineering, sparco, etc) will sit you +2" higher. W/o sliders will sit you 1" higher. I had a major problem w/ seats (not bcs of mr, but because of the seat design in general for those type of seat brackets - damn 240 hump), but I almost hit my coupe's sunroof as is w/ stock seats.

Just a little warning . If you are tall, I'd opt for some full bucket seats w/ bride super dooper low rails, mmmm, sexy, haha.

Im about 6'0 and I do have a hatch.

I dont mind sitting up a little higher...a friend of mine got S2K seats in his hatch and I like the way it sits.

You still wouldn't be able to see past the rearview mirror out the Pass. side windshield very well. Directly-in-front way-down-the-road view is great, though. Bottom mount mount seats in the 240 are a bad combination. I even tried making some custom brackets to be absolutely as low as possible but I still can't wear a hat in my car (I'm about 5'9. (I don't have MR, but I can't see as any bottom mount would be acceptable...to me at least)edit: I do have a coupe though.
