Megan Racing RUCAs

Just installed my Megan RUCAs. Did a poor job of adjusting them so the camber is SUPER positive lol, FML. I'm taking it in to have an alignment and the camber adjusted to spec, quick question though. The bolt that connects it to the wheel, I torqued down to the spec, but the Megan RUCA is thicker than the stock one so the bolt doesn't protrude through the nut. Should I invest in a longer bolt? Cuz I figure all the pressure is on the tip of the threads right now. And also if I were to put my friend's 17's on there to have the alignment and what not done, will it all get messed back up again when I put my 15's back on? (eventually upgrading to 18's, stuck with 15's for now).
