megan downpipe help

My downpipe is rusted on my cat real bad and I can't get it off to save my life if I order this downpipe will it bolt onto my stock headers? http://www.frsport.com/Megan-R....htmlI'm goin to just run a straight pipe from there to my exhaust and was wondering if there is a decent exhaust out there for around 200. On a low budget.
