hi everyone, so I'm looking to give my 2010 coupe a drop and decided to go with coilovers.
i've already asked one of those racing parts stores and they offered me the Megan coils for $875.
is it a good buy or should i just get a different brand like BC.

p.s i have the 2.5

Not sure on Altimas, but Megan a high quality knockoff.. Meaning they are not horrible, but if you can save a few more bucks your better off. Check out BC racing.

BC seems to be the more popular one for the coupes. I just got them and i can tell you its the best mod you can do in general. They are the most amazing thing ever for this car other than a turbo

BC yields a bumpier ride compared to tein's, but has better is price. Plus, tein only carries coilovers for the 3.5...no love for the 2.5 ;(

It would be nice if we did have more support from companies in general for our coupes.

Those coils are pretty cheap. I wouldn't be surprised if they did get sold, awesome price.

Man, that's a huge price difference compared to what Stillen is selling them for;

I wonder what the difference is?

I bet there is no difference really. just because they have the stillen brandname they think they can rip people off

I checked their website to double check and they do.
875 is cheaper than what they have on their website. So I figured I should ask the Nicole community.

i've heard mixed things about the megan racing coils, but most people told me to stay away from them though. for the extra hundred bucks, i say go with BC Racing since more people here have experience with them and can probably give better feedback on them.

FYI the reason the TEIN basic coils are cheaper is because you cannot adjust the dampening, only height...

bought mine from jun and I havent had any problems since. I think they are just as good as BC racing coils. Overall, I like my megan coils and if you got a good deal to save some money then you should get them.
