welp I got my megan springs on finally on all 4 corners as well as upgrading to AGX struts

very, very nice... these aren't the lowest lowering springs around, but it did drop it nicely, and my camber isn't all fuct up to boot....

its kinda dark out due to clouds today so my camera isn't picking up the fenderwell area good, so pics will come another day... you can't tell the rubber tire from the fender gap so its kinda pointless, the pics I do have make it look like a lot of fender gap with my 15's and huge tire but its a lot nicer then the pics.......

they ride stiff... these are about the stiffest springs I could find, I think they are 350/300 front and rear respectively... however its not a kidney killer.. I have the struts on 3outta4 on the front and 6outta8 on the rears.... they dampen good....

even on my grandma tires I outcorner my brothers S13 with BF Goodrich G sports? noticeably

he has strut tower bars and stock, good condition springs/struts

all I have is springs/struts with HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE tires lol... these really showed how pitiful my tires are.... welp I'll have to burn them off and save for wheels/tires one day... they were new when I got the car

I recromend this setup for its good stance and handling... A+ I've put about 50 or so miles on them so far

Old information. Thus I ask why the point.

I mean, its not like anyone has put Megans or AGX's on their 240 before.

I wish I could have gotten the Koni's but they are just too damn expensive, a set of Koni's and springs rivals entry level coilovers lol

yeah when u switch out the fronts you will notice a HUGE difference, I did the same thing but on the back for a few days... and my rear struts were worn so horribly you can slide the pison in and out with no resistance whatsoever

it was still bouncy with just the front springs and struts on, but once I changed the rears it got 10x better

I like these springs

point of this thread is giving a thumbs up for Megan Racing springs... if anyone else is pondering buying them.. like I was.... and many others... do it. especially if u want stiffer springrates

Car parked in the same position? That would have been nice. Looks like it is an 1.75 to 2.0 inch drop.

but notice how his rear reflector is in line with about the top of his wheel and notice how much wheel..cough.. hubcap is above my rear reflector

my car is on the right or nearest camera

Spring/strut combo vs. coilovers are a big difference. You'll feel it due to the dampening. Good to know that you got your car lowered. Looks good

yeah I love it, it turns a lot better now, my rear struts were so worn out it was almost comical.. but sad

people say springs don't lower it enough, but I'm glad I didn't find some 2.25 or 2.5" drop springs.. cause I think its low enough, and it just fits over the lifts good enough so i don't need someone to pull up on the fender lip or jack it up so I can swing the lift arms under it!

my wheelgap is defintely acceptable, and my back hurts enough that I wouldn't want to have to drop down into my seat an inch lower haha

plus I think these are about the highest spring rates a spring setup can provide....... and I like that part... so all in all if I had to do it again I wouldn't even bother considering another brand of springs....

these have me hooked!
