Hey guys, i know this doesn't exactly belong in this forum as much as it does in the for sale section, but needless to say i had a ecu go bad and need a new one. It has to say BH in big letters on the sticker and have the code MEC-R212 on that same sticker. If anyone has any offers please respond at klh6686 at gmail dot com. Thanks!

10 digit number in this format "XXXXX-XXXXX"

The MEC number is a production number and good for almost nothing in referencing te ECU.

Hey Jon, do you know if a 23710-04U02 (early model r32) ecu will or will not work if the original clip came with a 23710-11U00?

Hmm... for some reason it isn't quite working properly. The car starts and runs but if i give it over ~50% throttle it dies completely but if i release it back to less than 50% throttle it acts fine. The light on the ecu is blinking on and off and i cannot get it to enter diag mode. Could it perhaps have something to do with the fact that the ecu is chipped, perhaps the eeprom is bad? i made sure the eeprom's notch lined up with the notch on the IC, as i originally thought it could've been carelessly placed incorrectly. I'm in the process of getting a replacement chip sent so maybe the stock one is bad. Hopefully i can figure this out.
