I'm wondering if others out there have noticed this - I went to check if my TPS was adjusted correctly, and I hooked a voltmeter up to the pins the FSM showed me on the TPS. The readings I got at closed and wide open were backwards from what the FSM said I should get. I was getting ~9.5 V at closed and ~1.8V wide open...
Is it possible to attach the TPS upside down and get opposite readings - but wouldn't it be obvious that something was wrong due to how the engine would run?

I hooked the voltmeter up to pins 4 and 5 on the plug and got the above readings...any comments anyone?
