Can anyone tell me the measurements between the bolts on a q fan clutch? I need to replace my fan clutch on the frontier v6. It has 4 bolts that run through the mount and into the pulley. Autozone wants 64 bucks for one and if I can use the one off the q until I get the engine swapped then I would be much happy! I don't have the car here so I'll also have to take needed tools with me. It's either use the Q clutch/fan or maybe even the electric fan? Anyone know the size of the electric fan on a 92 Q? CFM?

For a 97 Q the span between diagonal bolts is 6" and between adjacent bolts 4 1/4". Don't know if this is the same as an earlier model.

Good luck

Trust me - You DON'T want a $64 Auto Zone fan clutch...

What's your experience been with an Autozone fan clutch?

I got it swapped over today. The fan AND clutch are exactly the same between a 1992 Q45 and my 1999 Nissan Frontier 3.3 V6. Thanks for the help!

Physically smaller than the OEM clutch, and only loosely connected the fan in hot weather - Probably better than driving with no fan at all, but not much...

There is a good reason why the OEM clutch costs more -
