So I find out today this girl is going to write an article about me and some of my friends and our cars. Basically, what we have done to them and how much is invested, then why we feel like spending money on just a car. Pretty cool stuff, my car has never been publicized, haha.

I was always leery of publicizing my car anywhere. I always expect the worse out of it. Apparently every guy has seen my car parked at my job on this major highway--as communicated to me thru my bf and his connections. Makes me nervous. :(

do you have a good car alarm ben?

same thing happened to me in my senior year of high school except i made it in the year book with two of my friends. they interviewed us and put in there. it was really cool, especially being in the year book. it was a good photo too because all of our cars were red. its back when i first got the prelude and my friends both had hatches (ef and eg). thats the only thing i was proud of my senior year.

I got a picture of me and some freinds pulling my KA out on the front page of the local newspaper. They said "fast and furious" in the article somewhere, which was disturbing, but oh well...

Nice to see Nico members with something in common!

My car and myself was also featured in my HS year book.I was on the yearbook staff (which is a good thing to get into if you have the chance).I did the section you and your ride.We had about 5 people and their car.

i was in yearbook last year. all i have to say is if you join... get ready for the craziest drama and backstabbing you will see. in the whole class of about 28, there was only two guys, me and a friend. the rest were GIRLS... cat fights every damn day of the week. and of course the best time is when you have to make the deadlines. and getting your car in the yearbook is pretty good, you have your 'own' spot to scribble on when it comes out :)

we had something like that not too long ago. and it was really gay. they talked to kids who had "performance" stuff done to their cars, which was like intakes, fart cans, and gay interior stuff. then this one girl was like "im gonna get a bright pink Del Sol and put NOS in it and show all these boys how its done". they also had a list of common mods, which included: engine swaps, I/H/E, wheels, and the best of them all, twin turbo systems. now, honestly, how many people do a twin turbo setup on their cars in high school?

None...

I would perfer that no mention of performance cars were ever in newspapers... UNLESS someone that is informed had control of it...
