Me and My 240sx

look guys i just became a member of nico. Well I guess I better cause I just bought a 1989 240sx HB and well I love it and always have myfriends who all own honda ludes. They make fun of me they said that I should of went Honda but I hate those freaking cars. So I bought a 240sx. My buddy had one a couple of years ago and I drove it all the time and fell in love with it. I then got into drifting because of it. I will admit I was always a domestic guy thats all i ever drove. But 2 stangs and an 86 monte carlo ss later i came to imports. So I dont really know much stuff about them. I was woundering ive heard alot about the sr20det motor or should i say read alot about them. But then i found out you can fit a rb25det motor in it which you all know is the r33 motor. Well i was woundering how good is that motor and what is it going to take to build it up. Where could i find that out at. Like cranks, cams, turbos you know the good stuff. I want to set it up for drift and show tho cause i love doing it and looking good. But how bad is the fit and what is gonna have to happen to push 700 hundred hp at least. Cause thats what one of my stangs was pushing and I know this motor is capable of 900+ hp so i want to be faster then it. because theres a bunch of stangs running around and Iwant to eat'em alive in the strights and hit it hard on the corners. Thanks alot man and im hoping to get some pics tomarrow its been raining here in Iowa so its kinda hard. But its sapposed to be clear soon so they will becoming its extreamly clean. Theres surface rust starting around the fuel door and a lil in the motor bay. But nothing to bad a body shop could fix for a cheap price its cake work. Both owners of the car were in there 40's+ im the third now so that describes what its like kinda. I belive it has the 1.8 liter tho but it will hopefully change soon enough thanks again man
