Hey, I check the wiring diagrams and the black/red is supposed to go into a ground. I just got a new ECU in the mail today. I dont want to blow it again. Should I just hook my wires up like it says to on heavy throttle...black/red and blue/red connected to black/red? I was thinking about wiring in the Ignition Coil relay which is on the JDM CA18DET(in the fuse box near the battery and not in the US model). I could wire one in but do you think that could blow my ECU setting up a power relay like that. I'm thinkin i should try the heavy throttle way first if you guys have done it with a CA18det. you have right? and it worked? hrmm.

don't wire in any relays or anything. Just do it like the heavy throttle site says and you'll be golden!
