MCS14 Side Skirts Installation?

Ok, I'm trying to order some MCS14 side skirts for my '97 240. I called up courtesy nissan and they quoted me a very big numbers The guy was saying I have to buy a $60 mounting kit for each side ($120), not including the price of the skirt which are $270 each un-painted. So, my question is what exactly do I need to install some MCS14 skirts on my base 240? From what I can see, It looks like they just bolt onto my car. Please :help I don't want him selling me extra mud flaps and what-not that I don't need. If anyone knows a better price please tell me because $700 dollars for some un-painted STOCK skirts is a joke!

ya i spent 340 for a front lip. he told me it shood b painted, and it comes wit the mounting kit. well it had niether of those, i just used plain old nuts and bolts for the front lip, still gotta get it painted tho
