I was test fitting an RB25 into my S14 on Mckinney mounts and ran into a couple issues. On the right side (from front of the car) the RB engine mount has an angle to it and when I sit the engine on the mounts the Mckinney mounts doesnt have the right angle. I cant get the bushing to sit flat on both the Mckinney mount and the engine mount and the threads on the bushing are getting caught up between the two. I have tried moving both mounts up and down and the left side fits perfect but I still cant get the right side to sit flat. Has anyone else had this issue? Any idea what needs to be done to correct this?

i had some issues with my mounts on a s13 but with some play we got it to sit nice. this involved me laying on my back under the motor holding the crossmember with my kneecaps whilst trying to bolt it in and get the mounts to a suitable angle at the same time...... this was a stupid thing to do seeing as there was a whatever pound engine right on top of me but once we got them on i was happy with em' they look stout as hell.
