mckinney motosports wire harness

I got a wire harness rewired by McKinney Motorsports and he said that the a/c was going to work with my swap (s14 motor into s13 car). For a cost of $350 plus shipping and a wait 6 weeks. While I waited I got my a/c line made and ready to go. When I finally got my harness back, I plugged it in and it cranked right up. I tried to charge my a/c compressor and it didn't come on so I jumped the wire just to charge it up. Then I double checked on the a/c wire. I noticed that one of the a/c wires was completely cut off (green/yellow stripe which is the a/c relay wire). The only way to get my a/c to work is to jump the power wire to the a/c. But the ECU didn't know that the a/c was on so the car wanted to cut off. The question that I have is does anybody know how to wire up the a/c in my swap. Please help! It is freakin' HOT in North Carolina.
