I am assuming you already tested the light and the cutoffs on the headlights before resealing it. I am going to be starting my projector headlight project as well, I am going to use TL projectors. I think I am going to forgo the extra housings try it on the ones on my car or grab seden housings (as spares just in case) coupes are too hard to find. So far angel eyes and amber leds are going to be used not where you have them but in earlier photoshops where the reflector is.

Looks alright.

Projectors aren't a big deal to me, already have em in my Saab.

...un-advisable...unless ur car is not ur daily driver...i cant see u concievably doing this in a day....and i am sure u cant do it in steps...as in start it..put it back...take it off work some more..put it back etc...and sedans wont fit...but good luck..sounds nice with ur angel eyes...

nope...its my first....just took my time....hard part..finding a reflector and shroud to fit the deep bowl of the relfector....and allow the clearance for the bulb to cutoff shield distance...and yes they are though

Sedan lights wont fit in the coupes.

I hope you've been taking pictures of the steps you have taken to do this.

I haven't started I need spare housings. If I can find them otherwise like I posted earlier the car can be parked but I would prefer not to as well as my new rims and tires in as well my coupe is protoyping a part I cannot speak of at the moment.

The light look pimp! But how are you going to make sure the alignment of the drivers light symmetrical?

Lets see some pics of the lights on!

this is a REAL mod... the stuff I do is child's play compared to this... props to grystrm for taking this initiative... for the folks thinking about trying this, this is NOT beginner or novice level work...

No BS, if OEM factory HID housings are going for $1400 / set, you could easily get $2000 for this from somebody... I know you want this all to yourself, but you could sell it, buy some regular housings... do it all over again.. keep the profit!!! you gotta figure, just like the 06's, aftermarket companies will be doing this very soon (although aftermarlet housings are usually cheap and not as good as factory housings) corner the market grystrm... job well done

Looks like a good start! You need to clean up the chrome housing behind the projector (paint that). Looks fairly busy through in the light. I think with the headlight on, your aren't even gonna know the LED are there. Can't wait to see the finished product though! Good work! Make sure and do a write up of these
