mbc issue

Can anyone tell me where you are running your boost source for your mbc? I was told not to run off the 2 nipples of the throttle body and i'm running my gauge off my fpr. I don't have a nipple on on my s15 housing. so what other source do i have left? the only thing i can think of buying a quick tap.

you can run it off a vacuum source on the intake manifold

I was told not to source that far away from the turbo to prevent surge. is that true or was somone blowing smoke up my a$$?

run it off a source after your i/c on the intake manifold side so it will compensate for the boost drop thru the i/c
