That's like saying "with all due respect" or "no offense intended, but" and then saying something you know is abrasive. Let's not play that game shall we?

Insult and offense are based upon perception, not intention. Your claims of this not being racial will not sway someone's opinion who sees it otherwise. For a joke as weak as this one it's a high risk with a small if even possible reward; unacceptable.

I have a wide-ranging sense of humor, but I'm not joking right now. Exercise better judgment in the future; that is all I require.
