Mazda3 wheels on my G35 sedan?

Hi guys! I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 sedan. I currently have aftermarket rims on it, which came installed when I purchased the car used a few years back. One of the rim is bent, and air leaks out of the tire every few days. Looking to purchase replacement wheels and found a good deal on used Mazda3 rims and tires that match my size. Wanted to know if I should proceed with the purchase, or will I run into any issues with the wheels not fitting properly on my car? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks for your help.

If the size, pattern, and offset/width match the G35, there shouldn't be a problem. Mostly just need to worry about clearing the brakes and suspension.
