Maybe wiring or me being missing something easy

Ok I have a 93 S13 and I removed most of the interior and the seat belts and systems that went with it. I have stripped the exterior and am painting it but i wanted to do a compression check and I cant the motor to start or even try to start. The headlight relay keeps clickin and the light by the clock flashes. Battery is fully charged. Is there something I am missing.
